    If you require technical assistance between 8am and 5pm ET, please email Debbie Adams at [email protected] AND Emily Justesen at [email protected] with a description of your issue. Debbie or Emily will return your message within one hour.

  • Why don’t you provide a telephone number, like for a typical Help Desk?


    This is a great question. Because our online learning platform is so customized to the needs of our own faculty and our (and your) students, it is very difficult to train an outside resource on our best practices and culture. We have worked very hard to streamline this interface and make it as intuitive and simple as possible. Should we not be able to help you or your student resolve your issues via email, Debbie or Emily (or your student’s teacher) will certainly schedule time to call you.

  • How and where do we find my student’s daily work?


    Williams teachers will post their class work each morning by 8am. This is on school days, Monday through Friday.

  • Can I still contact my student’s teacher directly?


    Yes. If you have a non-technical question, please email your teacher as you would under regular circumstances.

  • What if my student needs to be “absent” from a lesson?


    Please send an email to your student’s teacher in advance if you know he or she is going to be unavailable for school that day. Remember that online lessons are typically recorded and most likely available for playback.
